For thirty years I kept up. Accounting career, dependable, capable, responsible. On the outside it looked fine. On the inside I had completely lost the thread back to myself — to the person who found joy in small things, who didn't need to earn her place, who knew how to just be.

At 48 I walked away. That terrifying, necessary leap led me to become a massage therapist, and eventually to train in The BodyMind Method. What I found on the other side wasn't a dramatic new life. It was something quieter and more profound — simplicity. Presence. Myself.

That's what True Nature means to me. Not reinvention. Return. And I believe it's available to you too.
